New paid subscriptions are covered by a 14-day money-back guarantee. If ASoc is not right for you, request a full refund within 14 days of your first payment.

Refunds apply to first-time purchases of a plan. Renewals, add-ons, and usage-based charges are non-refundable once the period has begun.

Email our support team from the address on your account with your workspace name. We process eligible refunds within five business days.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Depending on your provider, it may take a few additional days for the funds to appear.
